Bespoke Press has launched a new letterpress illustrators project that features new and upcoming illustrators and designers. They had artist submit designs and eventually settled at 10 individual prints. The one above was illustrated By Nancy Mungcal and is titled “Honey In Sunshine.” Each print is limited to a run of 150 and can be purchased here. Awesome project and beautiful work.

Beautiful letterpress poster printed by Studio Olivine (Portland, Oregon) of Albert Cerriteno’s amazing illustration. We can not stop looking at this print with all it’s detail and textures. They are already sold out, sadly. You can see more of Albert Cerriteno’s work on his blog.

Cloudy Collective via Boxcar Press recently released the 3rd edition of volume 1 of their letterpress prints. The set of 7 are printed with a Vandercook on 4″ x 6″ bamboo paper using vegetable-based ink. Only 100 sets were printed. Get a set here.

Casey McGarr’s letterpress work is amazing. The image above is self-promotional poster for Inky Lips Press containing the character Vegas Vic printed with traditional cuts, type and linoleum cuts by Casey. Casey has over 20 years of graphic design experience and is truly inspirational.

Jessica Hische recently released an additonal letterpress poster featuring more of her beautiful hand-drawn alphabets. Printed on Crane’s 110lbs Lettra with orange, green and black ink at the Arm in New York. 250 total posters were printed on a Vandercook #4 and are 12.5″ x 18″. Designer, Armina Ghazaryan, was a volunteer for the 2009 Gentse Feesten at the Museum for Industrial Archaeology and Textile (MIAT) in Belgium. A lot of inspirational letterpress work and design can be see on her portfolio site and on her blog.

Wilkintie’s new letterpress poster for August is out. This months artist is John Copeland, alumni of the World Record Club, printed on cotton rag. Another awesome limited edition print from Austrailia’s Wilkintie. Poster is 8″ x 10″ and for sale here.
